Installation
This release note applies to you if you have recently upgraded your systems to use Java 6.0 and now need to upgrade the i2b2 Workbench to 1.3.2 from an earlier version. This release does not contain any server changes.
If you are installing 1.3.2 from a computer running the i2b2 workbench, ensure that the workbench and all eclipse applications are closed prior to installing this release.
Third Party Software
i2b2 release 1.3.2 was upgraded to work with Eclipse Galileo version 3.5.
Information about Eclipse Galileo version 3.5 can be found on the eclipse website (www. eclipse.org)
New Features
i2b2 release 1.3.2 does not contain any new features.
Updates
Changes to support Java 6.0
In order to ensure a smooth transition to Java 6.0 the following changes were made:
Windows

- JRE folder updated with 6.0 components
- Updated the i2b2workbench.ini file
Macintosh
-
- Updated the i2b2workbench.ini file
- Added the "endorsed_lib" folder
Documentation:
The only document to be updated for this release is the i2b2 Workbench developer's guide. This guide was updated to reflect the changes needed to the VM arguments defined in the run configuration.
Fixes:
No fixes were added to this release.

The i2b2 source code is licensed under the i2b2 Software License 2.1. This includes but is not limited to all code in the edu.harvard.i2b2.* package namespace.
