Modifiers associated to inactive terms appear as active in hierarchical tree

    • This can be reproduced in the test environment.
    • Tested with the latest build and verified it is now working correctly. Modifiers associated to inactive terms no longer appear active. I also verified that they behave as other inactive items in that you cannot drag them to another view.

    Description

      When a term (folder or concept) is marked as inactive the modifiers associated to that term still appears to be active; it is not grayed out.

      CORE-151 addresses this same issue in the workbench.
