Testing Notes: | Tested with the latest build and verified it is now working correctly. Modifiers associated to inactive terms no longer appear active. I also verified that they behave as other inactive items in that you cannot drag them to another view. | ||||||||

Description |
When a term (folder or concept) is marked as inactive the modifiers associated to that term still appears to be active; it is not grayed out.

Fixed in webclient; if the parent of the modifier is inactive, then the modifier is set to inactive. Does not apply to concepts (non-modifiers) where the parent is inactive--these should be fixed in the metadata itself. |

This change was included in version 1.7.08, which was released on 10/07/2016. |
