Calculate incremental cost effectiveness between different colorectal screening test and identify factors related to non-adherence to screening. Prospective study with ongoing recruitment

Assumptions

The final study will be come from patient chart.

Cohort Selection

Primary care patients

age range between x and y

The patient have upcoming appt within the next 90 days

Preconditions

Patient must be due for screening, and did not have any of 3 screening test within the specific recommended date range for each of the three sets.

Must not have any of the a list of other diagnoses that are considered to interfere with the study

Post conditions

A list of patients with identifiers for contact
