Present on call: Rob, Hillari, Ketty, Maggie, Prakash, Davera, Tara Payne (OSU), Mark

1)     QA – There is a lot of QA work in progress at this time.  The Alpha release must be now tested and that is our most active area at present.

2)     We will generate fake data instead of posting any real data along with our source code.  Data will be generated with the Toad database tools.

3)     We are generalizing our use cases for test script development.

4)     Our initial test cases will be based on 1 use case that tests all three mapping rule types: 1to1, aggregates and archetypes (Clinical Research Example #2, Avandia, co-morbidity – Charleston Scale?  (Mark has another suggested for Davera here)

5)     Diagnosis and age, all ICD-9 codes for indication of MI. Mark suggests LDL check and smoking history using possibly the Framingham index (not using Charleston to support the checking of both smoking and cholesterol).

6)     Mark to work with Davera on #5 off –line

7)     We need a listing of the source data schemas for each site for Davera

8)     Ketty-Maggie paper – needs preface feedback (Davera following up on p.6
