Present on the call: Ketty, Hillari, Paul, Prakash, Davera, Mark, and Marco

1)     Paul is working on ETL to upload the small data set (dinky) to be tested in i2b2 by Prakash. It most likely will be uploaded by tomorrow (10/29).

2)     Ketty told the group about the Leximer text reading software that has just started to be used by UCSF radiology with a 70% accuracy rate.

3)     Davera explained a little bit more the structures of SNOMED and LOINC, which should be explored more by Hillari and Ketty to set up the data fact table (Monster) more effectively. Their work is on-going

4)     Ketty was able to access Partner’s i2b2 tables to find laboratory value ranges. This table still needs to be explored if the values are existent.

5)     Mark suggested that Rob should have more discussion with Sean Murphy at Partners about derivative concepts and if the derived fact tables need to be updated in i2b2.

6)     The tables that Marco sent to Hillari and Ketty were very valuable. Thanks!

Okay, that’s it.  Lot ’s of construction, testing and QA work in process now…
