Present on the call: Rob, Hillari, Paul, Prakash, Ketty, Davera, Marco and Maggie

1)     Short status update from Prakash on the Data Discovery UI

2)     Test case (based on our use cases) development – we talked a long time about the test case generation.  We are moving forward with a completely fabricated (and very large) test data set based on the Avandia use case and Agastini model provided by Mark Weiner.  There will be a QA specific follow-up call on Thursday about this topic.

Note: We have purchased DTM Data Generator now.

3)     We have submitted both a paper and a poster to the spring AMIA conference which document that status of this project at this point (Alpha release).

Note: We have begun coordination with UC Davis to get our code running at UCD as well as at UCSF.  This item will become more important once we have some initial test scripts written.

Anyway, although the minutes are short, we had a long meeting mostly centered around QA related activities within #2 above.
