Ontology Mapper Minutes

Present on call: Rob, Davera, Ketty, Hillari, Prakash, Maggie, Liat, Paul, Marco

1)     The lifecycle paper high level structure will be revised again this week and resent by Maggie by weeks end.

2)     Ketty reviewed the 3 Use Case Study Write-ups in clinical_research_use_case_km.doc

3)     We agreed that the audience of the paper should be Informaticians

4)     Marco, Rob and Maggie will help with the gap analysis sections based on the Use Cases. – (what is missing from i2b2 which is needed to make these Use Cases possible on this specific platform)

5)     Prakash reviewed recent changes to the Mapped Data Fact table design – which is no longer a simple replica of the Observation Fact table.  Archetypes and Aggregates are now working within the i2b2 schema.

6)     Prakash will review the UI design for Data Request and request any necessary changes to that UI design.  If the UI design needs further refinement then Prakash will move on to the creation of an OntoMapper i2b2 Cell and its integration with the i2b2 workbench and CRC mechanisms.
