Ontology Mapper Team Minutes

Present on call: Davera Gabriel, Hillari Allen, Aaron Abend, Ketty Mobed, Marco Casale, Prakash Lakshminarayanan, Mark Weiner, Bill Grant

1)     The “Monster” test data set is getting bigger.  Hillari has been beefing up this data set.  This is realistic artificially generated data for regression testing.

2)     I2b2 table and concept table dimension – we talked about the way these two tables interoperate.  We decided to merge the two designs into a single table.

3)     The UW team will join our group starting Tuesday.  Rob will be distributing assignments in a more granular fashion.

It was a short agenda but the call lasted for 50 minutes anyway… the talk about table structure was lively.
