New Open Source License
With the release of i2b2 platform 1.7.11 release, a new Open Source license has been adopted and incorporated throughout the code. The new license is the Mozilla Public License, version 2.0 with a Healthcare Disclaimer.
The MPL 2.0 license can be found at http://mozilla.org/MPL/2.0/.
The license can also be seen in the GitHub i2b2 repository in the LICENSE file.
The Healthcare Disclaimer can be seen in the expansion box just below.
In the United States, or any other jurisdictions where they may apply, the following additional disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability are hereby incorporated into the terms and conditions of MPL 2.0:
