 Description
Apologies if I have not filed this ticket correctly.

We are implementing version 1.7.04 of I2B2 at Weill Cornell Medical College and upon stress testing the system I realized that I was able to drag containers from the "Navigate Terms" view into the Query Tool. I double checked the metadata and confirmed that all metadata entries were given the value 'CA', and all of the containers have the container icon.

I have also confirmed that in at least two other scenarios, users with limited permissions were able to drag and query containers in the web client. What's more confusing is that two of my co-workers with the same account permissions as me are unable to drag containers in the web client. Whatever the issue is seems to change from system to system and web browser to web browser. However, I was able to reproduce this behavior across several combinations of browser and operating system including

Windows 7 + Firefox
Windows 7 + Chrome
Mac OS X Snow Leopard + Safari
