 Description
Fresh installation on CentOS 6.5 with PostgreSQL 9.3. Stuck in chapter 7.5 of the manual: Verify Web Client Installation. Expected that demo / demouser would log me in, but a popup appears that says "The PM cell is down or the address in the properties file is incorrect."

Not sure how to debug the issue. Checked Troubleshooting guide. Checked steps taken over and over again. http://localhost:3088/i2b2/services/listServices lists two available services: Version and PMService. No errors during build processes as far as I can tell.

Attached webclient properties file and JBoss log file.
Please let me know if you need any other files.

Forgot to mention that I installed everything on a Vagrant machine. Port 3088 on the host is forwarded to JBoss on port 9090 on the guest, 3080 to Apache on 80.

Another issue worth mentioning: I cannot log into the admin tool either. Popup says "Requires ADMIN role. Please contact system administrator."

I have exactly the same issue mentioned by Alexander <quote> I cannot log into the admin tool either. Popup says "Requires ADMIN role. Please contact system administrator." </quote>

I verified with I2B2PM.PM_PROJECT_USER_ROLES for the entry with project as '@' and its intact
also modified index.php and i2b2_config_data.js as per the recommendation at similar issues reported at https://community.i2b2.org/wiki/display/community/AUG+Email+2011-Dec; but no use:

Environment: Windows 8
DB: Oracle
App Server: JBOSS 7.1.1

I have the same issue on Linux,Oracle, Jboss 7.1.1.
I get error PM service down on both admin and webclient. I changed the domain to i2b2demo in the i2b2_config_data.js, curl is enable in my php.ini, i2b2 user has the admin role.

If I hit the PMservice directly I get "http://localhost:9090/i2b2/services/PMService/getServices"

<soapenv:Reason><soapenv:Text xml:lang="en-US">Umashaller error: Error during unmarshall <axis2ns3:getServices xmlns:axis2ns3="http://ws.pm.i2b2.harvard.edu" /></soapenv:Text></soapenv:Reason>

We had a working set
Windows Server 2012 R2 / MS SQL Server 2014/ Java JDK 8, JBoss 7.11, Apache Ant 1.8.4, Axis2-1.6.2/
IIS 8.5, PHP 5.3/i2b2 application 1.7.06.

However, our colleagues try to upgrade JBoss 7.1.1 to Wildfly 10 for security purposes. Now we receive an error message "Requires ADMIN role. Please contact system administrator." for all webclient/ workgroup/ admin.

Does anyone know the most current (newest version) working set of java, jboss, ant, axis, php for Windows/ SQL Server?

Thank you for your consideration.
