          Couple of questions:

          1. What version of the i2b2 Workbench are you using?
                   a. Are you using a Mac or Windows?

          2. Do you have an i2b2 Web Client setup (not required)?
                   a. If you do can you log in okay using the web client?

The Web Client is not a required installation. I am only asking because it will help in troubleshooting where the issue may be. For instance, if you can log in using the web client then the issue may be in the properties file for the workbench or the workbench itself. If you can't log in using either client, then the issue may be with how the PM Cell is setup or that JBoss isn't running.

          1. I am using i2b2 Workbench 1.7.06 version Windows.
          2. Yes we do have web client setup and I am able to log in using the web client.
I also tried to use the demo version to connect to i2b2.org but that still didn't work
