Description
The following error appears when you try to export an item from within the Workplace view.
"Error message delivered from the remote server
You may wish to retry your last action."
In the XML message the following error is returned from the server.
<result_status>
<status type="ERROR">Database error</status>
</result_status>
The Workplace service being called is 'exportChild'
IMPORTANT: The above error only appears when you are trying to export a previous query, patient set, or encounter set.
The export feature will work when exporting a query definition or group template.
If the export feature is designed to only work with query definitions and group templates then the option to export should be disabled from the pop-up menu for the other items.
