Buttons in the List Items window of the timeline do not display correctly

In the Timeline view, when a user hovers over a tic mark on the actual timeline, a window will open displaying a list of item(s) that are available. Three of the buttons in this window are displaying '. . . ' instead of '<<', '>>', and 'X'.
