Clean the database (qt tables) before the final packaging of the VM

    Description

      Right now previous queries are displaying in the i2b2 Workbench. Typically when we do a VM we make sure the qt tables are cleared so old stuff doesn't appear in the views.

          If users log in as 'demo/demouser', the old stuff will appear as it is the demo account.

          On the other hand, if users have requested a specific i2b2 project and datamart to be built for their specific use, that project will have a clean QT table so no Previous query or Workspace entries will be in the views when first logged in. The setting up of the i2b2 project and datamart is out-of-scope of the i2b2workbench release.

          In the use case of i2b2workbench with user-specific project/datamart, someone in RISC will set up datamart and project for users so when they log into the workbench using their partners credentials, the correct project will be listed for selection.

          I think we are OK here. We are not releasing any datamart along with this workbench. I have made sure the accompanied i2b2workbench.properties file points only to the Harvard demo.
