Browser menu opens when right clicking on an item in one of the i2b2 views.

      Can be reproduced using Chrome Version 37.0.2062.124

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into the i2b2 web client using Chrome as your browser.
      2. Drag a term to the Query Tool (drop in group 1).
      3. Right click on the term to delete it.
      4. Notice Chrome's browser menu appears instead of the i2b2 menu.

      This can be reproduced in Navigate Terms, Find Terms, Workplace and Previous Queries.

    Description

      In most of the i2b2 views when you right click on an item a list of available selections will appear in the pop-up menu.

      In Chrome, when you right click on an item the browser menu is displaying instead of the i2b2 pop-up menu.

      This is only an issue in Chrome. It is working correctly in the other supported web browsers; Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.

      It is happening in all the i2b2 views and is not specific to any one view.
