Queries
Description
And-ing two Previous Query Results produces the Union rather than the Intersection of the two patient sets
Example:
-- Query1: Group1 - Diagnoses \ Neoplasms \ Malignant neoplasms \ Bone, connective tissue, skin, and breast \ Malignant neoplasm of female breast => patient_count: 2
-- Query2: Group1 - Diagnoses \ ... \ Malignant neoplasms \ Genitourinary organs \ Malignant neoplasm of ovary and other uterine adnexa \ Malignant neoplasm of ovary => patient_count: 1
-- Query3: Group1 - Concept/Term is Query1; Group2 - Concept/Term is Query2 => patient_count: 3
-- -- (Query3 result should be zero, which is the result if concepts for Queries 1& 2 are used instead of using the previous queries themselves)
Example:
-- Query1: Group1 - Diagnoses \ Neoplasms \ Malignant neoplasms \ Bone, connective tissue, skin, and breast \ Malignant neoplasm of female breast => patient_count: 2
-- Query2: Group1 - Diagnoses \ ... \ Malignant neoplasms \ Genitourinary organs \ Malignant neoplasm of ovary and other uterine adnexa \ Malignant neoplasm of ovary => patient_count: 1
-- Query3: Group1 - Concept/Term is Query1; Group2 - Concept/Term is Query2 => patient_count: 3
-- -- (Query3 result should be zero, which is the result if concepts for Queries 1& 2 are used instead of using the previous queries themselves)
