Expanding Modifier Container Nodes Fail In WebClient

Attempted to expand the TNM Stage Modifier container associated with Malignant Neoplasma diagnosis fails. Looks like message to ont cell was sent and received correctly but the webclient fails to expand the container - icon keeps spinning. No error in firebug.

Created a new container, retested, same problem
