Toggle between <and > group panel buttons resulting in blank QueryResults view

Run a Query with more than 3 groups onto the query tool.
Action1: After Query run
Click on '<' group panel buttons to view the previous groups
Action 2:Drag and drop the run query onto the querytool and then
Click on '> group panel buttons to view the fourth group onwards
Both times, the Query Results window is defaulting to the blank view
There is no way user can scroll through the multiple groups used in the query without losing the Results View
