temporal query in webclient with no anchoring events not running

Create simple temporal query.
Do not add any Contraining population.
Run the query
Query does not run without providing constraining population.
Note this happens only with Simple temporal query. In advance temporal query view, msg is displayed that one concpt required to run the query .
