FindTerms- displays spinny for folders (containing more than 1 term?) for large resultset return

Log into sql server large dev env
search for term 'and' to get back a large resultset(6000)
Expected result: All folders should display the expanded hierrachical display for terms containing sub folders without delay
Actual result: folders with sub folders display spinny for some time and then display the sub folder structure.
