Dev SQLServer project does not have some breakdown selections

log into dev
drag and drop a concept in group panel

try to select following selection:breakdowns:
Length of Stay
Top 50 Diagnosis breakdowns
Top 50 Medications breakdowns
Inpatient Outpatient
Expected result: the above breakdown selection should be displayed int the selection box
Actual Result: The above selections not displayed in the selection box
