Add panel not working correctly when temporal constraint occurs in the same financial encounter

This problem only happens in Microsoft Internet Explorer. Both Firefox and Safari work correctly.

In the query tool, there is an issue when you try to add a panel when the temporal constraint is set to "occurs in the same financial encounter".

WHAT HAPPENS:
When you click on the "New Group" button a new panel will display called "Group 4". The problem is it appears to have copied the concept from the previous group (Group 3) into the new panel. In addition, the navigation buttons to move back to the previous panels are not activated. You can click on the buttons and it will move the view back to the first three groups but it will also appear to remove the concept(s) listed in group 3.

The reason I say "appear" is if you run the query at this time, the xml for the query does have the third panel information with the correct concept - it is just missing from the view.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. In the Query Tool, change the default temporal constraint to "Selected groups occur in the same financial encounter".

2. Using any concepts, add at least one concept to Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3.

3. Click on the "New Group" button.

4. Notice a new panel will display with the name of Group 4. In addition you will see the concept from Group 3 and the navigation buttons will not be active.

5. Click on the back navigation button.

6. Notice the first three panels will display and the concept from Group 3 is no longer displaying.
