Modifiers- Search by non existent Name/Code text match hangs on "Searching"

Access Modifiers Search
Search by text that is not in existing Modifier Name/Code match
Expected Result: User msg that No records found ( compare to other existing weblcient msgs)
Actual Result: Webclient hangs on Searching. See the attached screenshot
