FindTerms- exceeding more than 200(default) return count - displaying server error

    Description

      log into dev
      search by term 'and'
      Expected result: since return result exceeds more than 200 count, pop up stating the count exceeded 200 and display 200 returned results
      Actual result: pop up stating count exceeded displayed, but also second popup
      "server error" displayed

          Seems to affect PCORI procedures ontology on apptest only. Cannot replicate, deferring to 13.

          client making multile FindTerms calls for each category.
          once it hits limit of set count( example 200) ,it should stop and not continue.
          but currently it keeps going through all categories, without cancelling the search
