REDCAP- POPUP Checkboxes field not displaying as pop up

configure i2b2 to display the REDCAP ONTOLOGY as a POPUP
Configure redcap form to display a pop up Checkboxes field,
Submit survey
In i2b2- drag adn drop the field onto the querytool
Expected: Check boxes field to display as a pop up
Actual: Checkboxes field is displaying as a single term with no value pop up
