Find Term tab- context menu shows Find Term in Tree" item without any item selection

login to dev env.
 Navigate to Find Term tab
  Then right click in the empty panel to display the context menu
 Expected result:Context menu should not display "Find Term in Tree" as there is no item displayed and selected yet to find the term
 Actual: Context menu displays "Find Term in Tree" without any item selected
and just navigates to Terms tab on selection
