login to dev env.
Navigate to Find Terms under Ontology
search by term and expand the hierarchy to get the expanded view.
Then right click and select "Refresh All" menu item
Expected result: hierarchical structure should display in collapsed format
Actual: nothing happens, still displays expanded view
