Webclient v1.5 Query-by-value does not work for certain numeric constraints

When performing a webclient query-by-value on "age" correct results are obtained for "equal to," "greater than," or "less than." Incorrect result (count = total number of age facts) for "less than or equal to" and "greater than or equal to." If "between" is selected, the webclient goes into an infinite loop.
