after workplace is deleted from the query panel Query run successful with empty contents

Drag and drop a workplace folder with some concepts onto the query panel
Then delete the folder from the query panel
then click on run query
Expected result: User msg that "Atleast one concept is required to run the query to be displayed
Actual result: Query running with return of zero patients and creating a previous query
