Rerunning a DATA_PROT ontology previous query with protection off - errors out with no proper msg

Turn on the data protection on an Ontology item and login with user having DATA_PROT role and
run a previous query from this Ontology item
Then turnoff data protection on the Ontology itme
Rerun the previous run query
Expected result: User msg that the run was not successful because the Ontology concept does not have data protection on
Actual: query errors out with 'ERROR ERROR'
