query rerun having patient set / individual pt, is getting "new query" as name

Run a query with a patient set or an individual patient
then drag and drop the query just ran again into the query tool name box and run it again.
Expected result: the name of the query should be the item names from the panel (namely "PATIENTSETFINIS" or "PATIENT:HIVE:"
Actual result: on query rerun with patientset/individual pt, the query is getting name as " new query
