    Description

      drag and drop a concept into group panel 1
      drag and drop an empty folder from workplace onto the group panel2
      Run the query

      Expected result: Query run successful and ptset returned for the concept in group panel 1 .
      The system should ignore the empty folder
      Actual result: result returned as zero patients
