worplacefolder drag&drop- query report not displaying individual patient name and subfolder naming and path?

drag and drop a folder workplace folder containing an individual patient onto the query group panel
click o Run
click on query report after query run

Expected result: group section should display the sub folder name and path?
and patient ids ( as they are run as concepts)
Actual result: workplace folder name displays the project name and subfolder name twice and parent folder name as 'folder'
and patient ids are missing in the sections
