Drag and drop of folder with multiple concepts appears stuck on group panel

log into dev env
drag and drop a folder with multiple concepts into the query tool group
Exected result: Concepts from folder should be displayed as they are retrieved from the folder without initial lag time
Actual result: the folder appears stuck on group panel for some time until all concepts are retrieved by server and then displays them after some time
