Query-by-Value criteria not set on Saved Query when query is re-run

On the web client when you re-use a saved query, if there was a query -by-value criteria LIKE
Select patient_num
from octrii2b2data.observation_fact
where concept_cd = 'DEM|AGE'
AND valtype_cd = 'N' AND nval_num BETWEEN 14 and 16 AND tval_char = 'E'
 

When you just drag the query over, this criteria is not submitted when the query is run.
 
If you right-click the "Set Value" the values and operation (BETWEEN 14 and 16) are present.
 
If you either click OK or Cancel and re-run the query the query is properly submitted with the criteria.
