Minor grammar issues in message about new passwords not matching

The error message that displays when a new password and the "retype password" do not match has a couple of grammar issues that need to be fixed.

Current wording:
New password and Retype Password dont match


New wording:
Password doesn't match the confirm password


NOTE: the new wording is based on suggestions made to update the name of the "ReType password" field to "Confirm New Password".
