Cancel button on new DBLookup pages does not work

    Description

      The Cancel button on the new DBLookup pages does not work. Currently when you click on it nothing happens.

      WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
      Whether you are adding a new DBLookup entry or editing an existing one, when you click on Cancel the current page should be closed without saving any changes and the DBLookup List page should display.
