          The ordering is database dependent (query returns in order by c_name). Check that the concepts' c_names do not have leading spaces or things like that.

          Its working for me on postgres using english.
          Can you try the following? Change the c_names to have leading spaces such as ' I' , ' II' 'III' so they display like this:
            I
           II
          III

          According to the development team, this is not an issue we are able to fix because it is related to how the database sorts it's items.
