Tested with the latest web client build and it appears to be working correctly. Results returned from the Ontology Cell are now displaying in the results section of Find Terms.

Testing included conducting searches for the following (coding system:code)

      ICD9:493 – Asthma
      ICD9:493.9 – Asthma, unspecified
ICD9:493.92 – Asthma, unspecified type, with acute exacerbation

      ICD10:J45 – Asthma
      ICD10: J45.90 – Unspecified asthma
ICD10: J45.901 – Unspecified asthma, with (acute) exacerbation

LOINC:2086-7 – HDL (folder) and HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN (test)
      LOINC:2085-9 – HDL CHOLESTEROL (test)

      NDC:00003010960 – Trimox 500mg capsule Bristol-Myers Squibb

none: JD1027-1 – JD Folder with & in name (custom term in i2b2 testing environment)
none: JD1027-2 – JD Item with & in name (custom term in i2b2 testing environment)

The following additional features were also verified:

      1. The appropriate messages are displayed to the user when a coding system is not selected or no records were found matching the search criteria.

      2. Search by Names is still working.

      3. Modifier searches; Find Name, Find Code, and Get All are still working.

      ISSUES FOUND:
The following issues were found during testing.

      1. Not able to search the coding system “none”. A message will display informing the user to select a coding system. – RESOLVED

      2. Find Modifiers is not working in Internet Explorer. The modifiers are returned in the xml but they are not displaying in the modifier results section. This is happening for Find Name, Find Code, and Get All. The find modifiers feature does work in the other three browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari). – RESOLVED

      3. Find Terms by Name is not working in Internet Explorer. The terms are returned in the xml but they are not displaying in the results section. This feature works in the other three browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari). – RESOLVED
