Missing trailing slash on modifier c_fullname causes i2b2 to treat metadata as concept

In the metadata even with all the other parameters set to use modifier_cd, modifier_table, and modifier_path i2b2 will still build a query to the concept_dimension if a trailing slash is left out of c_fullname.
