    Description

      Provide totalnum patient counting scripts in the CRC stored procedures package.

      MSSQL - can be included from https://github.com/ARCH-commons/arch-utils/tree/master/totalnum_counter/MSSQL
      Postgres - available at https://github.com/ARCH-commons/arch-contrib/tree/master/totalnum_postgres but needs testing
      Oracle - needs to be developed
