INSERT_PATIENT_FROMTEMP procedure missing in the procedures of the CRC schema.

When trying to upload patient data using the web service interface, the request returns an exception from the oracle database that the INSERT_PATIENT_FROMTEMP procedure is missing. Another procedure called INSERT_PATIENT_MAP_FROMTEMP is present instead of the one required, that seems to perform the work needed. When trying to create a new procedure with the required name and the content from INSERT_PATIENT_MAP_FROMTEMP, the following failure message is returned by the server:
