Render a Timeline - hover text displays incorrect information

    Description

      Workbench Timeline View --> Render a Timeline

      When viewing output in Render a Timeline, sometimes 2 marks appear directly above/below each other.
      Placing your cursor over each mark should display the text for that mark.

      Issue:
      In one particular case, hovering over the top mark will display the text for the bottom mark

          This issue cannot be reproduced in release 1.7.04.

          How the tooltips display and work was modified in release 1.7.04. The images in the document you attached are for earlier versions of the i2b2.

          I have attached another document titled Timeline Tooltips 1704.docx. The images in this document show how the tooltips appear and work in the 1.7.04 version of the i2b2 Workbench.
