Description
The default timeout for small queries in i2b2 is 180s.
So i2b2 throws timeouts if the query runs for more than 180s.
In the crc.properties file located in edu.harvard.i2b2.crc/etc/spring I changed all values for timeouts to at least 3600s, however the timeout is still thrown after 180s.
The next attempt was to find all occurences of 180s or 180000ms in the code of i2b2 and increase it. Still not successful.
Is there any other possibility to either change the timeout settings or to turn it off?
