Modifiers associated to inactive terms appear as active in hierarchical tree

    • Change to TreeNode to make modifier appear as inactive when concept is inactive.
    • Verified modifiers now appear as inactive when the parent concept is inactive.

    Description

      When a term (folder or concept) is marked as inactive the modifiers associated to that term still appears to be active; it is not grayed out.

      This is just a display issue because users can't drag the modifier to any other i2b2 views as long as the term it is associated to is inactive. Visually it would be easier for users if the modifier was also grayed out indicating it cannot be used.
