In the VM, there is a toolbar on the left that displays all the open applications. When the i2b2 Workbench is open, the icon is a question mark instead of the i2b2 logo.

added a comment - I think we need to build an .xpm image file in the repository and make sure that when we export i2b2 workbench, we use that image for icons.
Tools to generate .xmp: GIMP or Inkscape.
.xmp resolution for linux should be 256x256, as per reference 1.
