Cannot save queries in web client's default configuration unless workspace is resized

The default layout of 1.7.12a has all of the tabs at the top. I have not been able to figure out how to save a query from the query tab with this default configuration. The expected behavior is that i2b2 would change to the workplace tab when hovering over the tab with a saved query selected. The actual behavior is nothing happens.

However, you are able to save queries by reverting the web client to using the old configuration temporarily. This is done by navigating to the workspace tab and clicking the resize button to break out the workspace and previous queries tab into their own windows, as in previous releases. From there, I am able to drag and drop saved queries into the workspace as before.

If I were to make a suggestion, could we add a function to the right-click menu to save queries to our workspace?
