Description
Saved queries do not display correct patient count under a specific circumstance in i2b2 1.7.12a. Here are the steps to reproduce the bug:
* Run a query as a user with obfuscated privileges.
* Get a result that is between 0 and OBFUSCATED_AMOUNT patients (usually < 3).
* Inspect the query as a user with elevated privileges.
We expect the query to return a result that is between 0 and 3, but the saved query always displays 0.
